I had placed a large order with multiple items, but the experience has been highly disappointing: Partial Delivery: One of the set items was delivered incomplete. I received only one piece, and I reported the issue the very next day to store executive. Despite several follow-ups and calls, there has been no concrete resolution and the missing item has still not been delivered. Missed Commitments: Failed to deliver items on the committed timelines, and every time I reach out, I only hear excuses and new dates. It seems there is no value given to customer trust or promises made. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating, time-consuming, and unprofessional."
